Tulip Festival

Kelowna-tulip-Festival Kelowna Tulip Festival

Welcome to our blooming adventure! Our team is thrilled to share the excitement of planting 20,000 tulip bulbs, featuring 14 beautiful varieties. From vibrant colours to delicate petals, each tulip transforms our landscape into a field of colours and beauty.

Over several months of preparation - researching various tulip varieties, considering bloom times, and selecting the beautiful colour schemes were all crucial steps in crafting our "tulip tapestry". By carefully planning the layout and spacing each bulb, our goal was to create a harmonious symphony of colours that would appeal to visitors and those passing by.

Our field homes a rich tapestry of 14 unique varieties, each with its own charm. From single coloured types to multi-coloured tulips, there's something for everyone to admire. Each variety adds its own little flair to our fields, ensuring a breathtaking display that evolves throughout the season.

All 20,000 bulbs were planted by hand with love and care. Over the course of several days, our dedicated team worked tirelessly to carefully nestle each bulb into its designated spot. As the sun illuminated our efforts and the earth welcomed our bulbs, we couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and wonder at the transformation taking place before our eyes.

As we reflect on our journey these past months, we're filled with a sense of pride and gratitude for the opportunity to create something truly special. From the careful planning to the joyful planting process, each step has been a labor of love. We invite you to come as join us in our blooming field, where every tulip tells a story and every bloom is a celebration of life's simple joys.
